Dear PHI-base user,

We invite you to complete a short questionnaire to help further improve the Pathogen-Host Interactions Database (PHI-base).

The questionnaire asks about your experience using PHI-base, our data quality and coverage, and overall usefulness. Your feedback will guide our future development.

Use the following link to access the questionnaire:

The required questions should take no more than 10 minutes.

Please forward this questionnaire to any other members in your team or organisation that you know are regular users of PHI-base, or are recent new users of PHI-base.

Ideally, we would like your response before the end of February 2026, to help us plan activities for the year ahead.

If you have any problems accessing the form, please contact us at: contact at phi-base.org

Many thanks for your time and support.

The PHI-base team:

Martin, James, Hsin-Yu and Kim
